At Croftr, each order is prepared with care and intention. We focus on delivering quality products through a thoughtful, small-batch process.


Order Processing

Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing.
• All orders are processed carefully to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.


Dispatch & Shipping

• Your order will be dispatched after the processing period.
• Once shipped, it will be handled by our logistics partners for delivery.

We truly appreciate your patience — our slower pace ensures thoughtful handling and quality at every step.


Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
• Occasional delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed for more than 25 days, you may request cancellation and we will issue a full refund.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframe, Croftr is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions or unforeseen disruptions


Returns & Cancellation

• We do not accept returns for any reason.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


Exchanges

As a small business working with limited, fast-selling inventory and small batch productions, our operations become genuinely challenging when repeated changes or requests are made.

Most items sell out quickly, and replacements or exchanges are often not possible.

We sincerely request your understanding, as these policies help us maintain smooth operations and ensure fairness to all customers.


Size Exchanges

• Size exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances.


Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. You must contact our team with proper proof (images/video).

  2. The product may need to be returned for inspection.

  3. Once received and verified:

  • If the correct product is in stock → it will be shipped

  • If not available → we will offer:

    • An alternative product of equal value, or

    • Store credit

This will depend on current inventory availability.

• Shipping reimbursement is capped at ₹200.


Sale Periods

(Updated: March 17, 2026)

• During sales or promotional events (including Black Friday), all sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, store credits, or adjustments will be provided on sale orders.


Important Note

Final resolution for any issue will be determined by the Croftr team based on inventory availability.

Customers cannot choose options outside what is currently feasible.
Once a resolution option is selected, it cannot be changed again.
