At Croftr, we operate with limited, small-batch productions to maintain quality and exclusivity. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Cancellations
• We do not accept returns for any reason.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory and fast-selling products, exchanges are generally not possible.
We request your understanding, as repeated changes and exchange requests disrupt our operations and impact fairness for all customers.
Size Exchanges
• Size exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, incomplete, or incorrect:

You must contact us with proper proof (images or video).

The product may need to be returned to us for inspection.

Once received and verified:

If the correct product is in stock → it will be shipped to you

If not available → we will offer:

An alternative product of equal value, or

Store credit

This depends on current inventory availability.
• Shipping reimbursement is capped at ₹200.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following case:
• If your order is delayed for more than 25 days, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund.
No other refunds will be issued.
Sale Periods

• During sales or promotional events (including Black Friday), all sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds will be provided on sale orders.
Important Note
Final resolution for any issue will be determined by the Croftr team based on product availability.
Customers cannot choose options outside what is feasible with current inventory.
Once a resolution is selected, it cannot be changed again.
